Potholes are stoning up in all locations Southern California following most recent storms. Caltrans says potholes happen when rain water seeps into cracks within the asphalt, inflicting the avenue to disintegrate to the harmful concrete. Pasadena Tire Mavens told ABC7 they mounted 20 tires this week already broken by potholes.
