Landlords in West of England are offering free rent in return for sex, an investigation from BBC Internal Out West has found.
The Ministry of Justice says right here is prohibited and even placing an advert is breaking the law and can fair outcome in a seven One year jail term.
But the BBC found examples of adverts online and met a pair of of these who had placed them.
